With a breathtaking panoramic ocean view, a picturesque tropical backdrop, and a beautiful Spanish-Mediterranean inspired architecture, The Hotel Zamora is without a doubt our perfect "I do" spot.

We can't wait to exchange our vows in this beautiful venue among friends and family.

WELCOME PARTY

TIKI DOCKS SKYWAY / FRIDAY, 5:30 – 7:30 PM

We would like to invite all our guests to join us for lite bites and cocktails to help us get our wedding festivities kicked off. We hope to see you there!

Attire: Nothing fancy - just a casual fun time before the big day!

THE WEDDING ITINERARY

CEREMONY / 3:30 – 4:30 PM

Arrival time: We ask all guests to arrive at 3:30 p.m. to get seated comfortably and join our unplugged ceremony*.

*We invite you to be fully present during our unplugged ceremony and ask that all phones and cameras be turned off and put away! We can enjoy photos together during the reception and promise to share our beautiful photos and videos following our wedding.

Location: Ceremony to take place at the Sun Deck of The Hotel Zamora, located near the pool terrace.

COCKTAIL HOUR / 4:30 – 6:00 PM

Please kick back, relax, mingle, and have a drink or two (or three, we aren't counting), while we eternalize this day and take photos with our family and wedding party.

Location: Cocktail hour to take place at the Gulfside rooftop of The Hotel Zamora, also known as the '360° Rooftop' and accessible through the hotel elevator. Reception to follow in the same location.

DINNER RECEPTION / 6:00 – 7:30 PM

This is where we eat and toast the newlyweds, and laugh and cry together at the sweet memories and funny stories to be shared by family and our bridal party.

Location: Just as the cocktail hour, the dinner reception will be located at the Gulfside rooftop of The Hotel Zamora, also known as the '360° Rooftop' and accessible through the hotel elevator.

HAPPILY EVER AFTER PARTY / 7:30 – 9:45 PM

This is where we dance the night away and celebrate our newly weds – be sure to bring your best dance moves and most comfy shoes. We will find you, and we will pull you into the dance floor.

Location: Followed directly after the dinner reception, this will also be located at the Gulfside rooftop of The Hotel Zamora, also known as the '360° Rooftop' and accessible through the hotel elevator.

Beach Formal - Light colored suits and gowns are kindly encouraged. Dark colored suits, cocktail and midi dresses, pantsuits and jumpsuits are welcomed.
